Designing bespoke workshop events
I have many years' experience designing and delivering workshops on various aspects of organisational and individual behaviour. This has included specially-designed workshops for clients with specific requests. Such topics have included, for example: 1. Assertion skills 2. Effective decision-making 3. Devolved decision-making 4. Habits of highly effective frontline staff 5. Working with people with disability described as complex 6. Developing policy 7. Not-for-profit governance 8. The nature of risk I charge a daily rate, depending on the amount of preparation work to build the workshop event, the length of the workshop event, and the minimum and maximum number of participants. The client organisation retains responsibility for marketing the event, coordinating venue, catering, equipment, accessibility, and communications with registrants.
Pre-designed workshop events
From my work on a Values Coherence framework, I have developed standard workshops giving a comprehensive introduction to the framework and how to apply it to your organisation and yourself. From my work on the Model of Citizenhood and the Four Capitals framework, I have developed standard workshops looking at how best to have an impact. This includes a separate workshop on harnessing voluntary effort. From my work on a leadership analysis framework called The Little Big Box, I have developed a standard workshop introducing participants to the framework and how to apply it to deepen their leadership and business administration practice. And from my work in reform and organisational change, I have developed a standard workshop on the nature and interconnectivity of codesign, process design, and change management.
